Makes 4 servings
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 small onion cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- 1 small green or orange pepper cut into slices
- Bacon bits
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 4 whole wheat flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Combine paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper and mix with chicken. Let stand for 10 minutes.
In a frying pan cook chicken, onions and pepper until done.
Spray griddle or frying pan with oil. Arrange tortilla and add cheese and chicken mixture on half. Fold tortilla on top, then cook and flip when golden brown.
